Retired: Global Tech Support and Training Manager, Thermo Fisher Scientific

Before retiring after 21 years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Alan Matta was responsible for developing the systems, processes and structures to help deliver world class technical support and product training to end users, channel partners and internal team members.  He also spent much of his time working in product management of environmental products used in industrial hygiene and safety markets, including support for existing products, market development, new product development and introduction, life cycle management and pricing.
